Messiah University offers a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership, Master of Arts in Healthcare Leadership and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in artificial intelligence, business analytics, dietetics, digital marketing, healthcare management, management and strategic leadership. Messiah also offers graduate certificates and courses for non-degree seeking students.

There are prerequisite requirements for the MBA program. There are no prerequisites for any of the other degrees or certificates in Business and Leadership.
MBA program: requires prerequisite courses in accounting, finance, microeconomics and statistics. Applicants with any degree can be granted admission and begin MBA coursework, but if an applicant does not hold a bachelor’s degree in business, they must take the prerequisite courses prior to taking ACCT 501*, BUSA 505* or MRKT 550*.
Messiah University contracts with Peregrine Academic Services to provide non-credit bearing online courses to meet these prerequisites. Each of the following courses, including books and materials, are competitively priced at $49.

- Foundations of Microeconomics
- Foundations of Quantitative Research Techniques and Statistics

The degrees and certificates in the graduate program in Business and Leadership are completely online. Because of this, the U.S. government does not allow Messiah University to offer an F-1 student visa for entry to the United States in order to study in this program.
However, international students may complete these degrees remotely from outside of the United States. If you are applying as a remote student, in addition to the admissions requirements above, international students interested in graduate programs in business and leadership must submit:

English proficiency exam: only TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo are accepted
