The post-master’s Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) family nurse practitioner track is designed for licensed registered nurses who already hold a graduate degree in nursing. This flexible program prepares students to expand their scope of practice and pursue national FNP certification.
Messiah University’s CAGS family nurse practitioner track is ideal for graduate-prepared nurses seeking to expand their clinical expertise and serve patients across the lifespan. Through evidence-based coursework and hands-on clinical experience, students gain the skills to assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions. The program offers a flexible format for working professionals and prepares graduates to sit for national FNP certification exams.
