Associate Professor, Master of Occupational Therapy Program
Krystal is a dynamic OT educator and clinician with expertise in adult and neurological rehabilitation, geriatrics, and innovative teaching practices. She has led research on stroke recovery, physical rehabilitation, and Parkinson’s disease and presented it locally, nationally, and internationally. Krystal’s favorite thing is creating opportunities for students to work directly with individuals with Parkinson’s disease through holistic, grant-funded programs supported by the Parkinson’s Foundation, where students gain hands-on experience, build meaningful connections, and see the real impact of their skills in the community. You can always find her planning her next travel adventure with her husband and 2 girls, drinking Starbucks, and discussing all things British and Disney.
