When to Expect to Receive Your W-2:
W-2s cannot be processed until after the annual, quarterly, and monthly tax reconciliations are completed. Thus, the statements are usually mailed around the beginning of the last week of January. If you do not receive a W-2 by February 14, please contact the Payroll Office.
Where to Expect to Receive Your W-2:
Your W-2 will be mailed to your home address. You may review your address at any time in your Personal Information tile in Oracle. Some international students and employees residing on campus will continue to receive their W-2s via campus mail address.
In addition to the paper W-2 statement, W-2s are also available electronically by searching for "View W2" on FalconLink.
