2026 - 2027 Housing Sign-Up Timeline
Spring 2026 Housing Sign-Up Timeline (subject to change)

March 1 - Special Interest House applications due (notification by March 18).
March 3 - Medical Housing applications due
March 16 - Housing contracts are available to sign on The Nest in order to receive PIN and timeslot (www.messiah.edu/TheNest).
March 20 - Medical Housing Requests will be answered with an email from Housing.
March 23 & 24 - The Nest is open for apartment cluster requests (two days only)
March 27 - Apartment Clusters are notified about their assignments
March 29 - Apartment clusters accept or decline assignment
March 31 & April 1 - Groups of 2 can apply on The Nest for one bedroom apartments (2 people per apartment - Fry, Smith, Kelly, Mellinger)
April 2 - One bedroom apartment sign-ups beginning at 3:30 p.m (conducted via Zoom).
April 3 & April 4 - Groups of 4 can apply on The Nest for two bedroom apartments (Fry, Smith, Kelly, Mellinger)
April 6 - Two bedroom apartment sign-ups at 3:30 p.m (conducted via Zoom).
April 7 & 8 - The Nest is open for residence hall cluster housing requests (two days only)
April 11 - Residence hall cluster groups will be notified about their cluster assignment
April 13 - Residence hall cluster groups accept or decline assignment
April 14 - The Nest opens for room sign-ups based on credit level.

| Monday & Tuesday, April 20 & 21 | Sophomores - 24 - 56 credits |
| Wednesday, April 22 | Current First Year students <23 credits (not incoming students or dual-enrolled) |
Students unable to sign up for a room should fill out the waiting list form here. Please do not be concerned if you are not able to sign up for housing initially, there will be space for you on campus.
