Road Map to Resilience

Life can be hard and have its challenges, big and small. Resilience is the capacity to make it through expected and unexpected adversities. In the process of navigating such adversities, you may be stretched, changed, and develop new skills to help you navigate your journey well.

We as humans have the capacity to bounce back from challenges! The ability to bounce back is a critical life skill for students during the college years and beyond. These sessions are designed to help you to build the physical, social, cognitive, spiritual, service, and life skills resilience by providing you with building blocks that can be used to navigate life's difficulties.

You would be a good candidate for this program if you:

  • Can commit to a one-hour session each week for 8 weeks
  • Are interested in personal growth and improving your resilience
  • Are willing to do small assignments to develop in the six theme areas

I'm interested in starting my journey!
