IMPORTANT: Before dropping or withdrawing from a course, please consult your academic advisor, Student Financial Services and Financial Aid. Registration changes may impact your financial aid and have potential billing adjustments.
Spring Term (January 13 - May 8)
| Jan. 17 | Last day to ADD or DROP a full spring term course online (no fee) Last day to declare a full spring term course PASS/FAIL or AUDIT |
After January 17, you may change your spring term schedule by the following deadlines by completing an electronic registration change form*
| Jan. 27 | Last day to ADD a full term spring course ($25 fee) |
| Feb. 10 | Last day to DROP a full term spring course ($25 fee) |
| Mar. 18 | Last day to WITHDRAW from a full term spring course ($25 fee) Note: The course and a grade of 'W' appear on the permanent academic transcript. |
Spring Online Early 8 Week Term (January 13 - March 7)
| Jan. 15 | Last day to ADD or DROP an early online spring term course (no fee) Last day to declare an early online spring term course PASS/FAIL or AUDIT |
After January, 15 you may change your early online spring term schedule by the following deadlines by completing an electronic registration change form*
| Jan. 18 | Last day to ADD an early online spring term course ($25 fee) |
| Jan. 24 | Last day to DROP an early online spring term course ($25 fee) |
| Feb. 5 | Last day to WITHDRAW from an early online spring term course ($25 fee) Note: The course and a grade of 'W' appear on the permanent academic transcript. |
