Dr. Paul Nisly continues to teach courses in American Literature, with a primary focus on

modernism.  His area of academic specialty is Southern literature, particularly Flannery O'Connor and William Faulkner. He has officiated at the weddings of a number of students and graduates, and enjoys ongoing contact with many English alums.
