 MESSIAH COLLEGE IS PLEASED TO COMMEMORATE the inauguration of  as the Eighth President of Messiah College Messiah College celebrated the inauguration of its eighth president, Dr. Kim S. Phipps, with a formal inauguration ceremony on Friday, October 14, 2005.
