Kathleen DiCarlo, MS, RD, LDN
Kathleen DiCarlo, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian who started at Messiah University in April of 2026. She graduated from Messiah University with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2024 and went on to complete her Dietetic Internship and Master's degree at Messiah graduating in 2025. After earning her Registered Dietitian license, she began working in outpatient settings, providing nutrition counseling for individuals managing a variety of chronic diseases. She is passionate about helping college students fuel their bodies so they can achieve their goals both in and outside of the classroom. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, cooking, serving at her church, and being outdoors.
