Nutrition
Nutrition is not only an essential cornerstone of prevention and therapy for many chronic diseases and conditions; it is also a valuable tool to maximize overall wellness and quality of life.
As of January 2026, Messiah University is actively seeking to hire a licensed dietician. Health coaching, which includes nutrition advice, is available for all full-time undergraduate students on Timely Care. Engle Center staff are currently referring students to virtual dietician services for more complex concerns, and these services are often fully covered by the student's private insurance. Please inquire with us should you desire a nutrition referral.
