Like most Messiah students, English majors typically spend a semester abroad or go on a three-week cross-cultural study tour. The link above will give you the full spectrum of opportunities, and over the past ten years Messiah English majors have spent entire semesters in England, Spain, Greece, Egypt, Thailand, Belize, and Kenya.
Most English majors, however, select one of three England programs. Messiah English majors are very competitive in gaining admittance into high demand programs at Oxford University.
