Accident or Injury Reporting
To report an accident or injury, search for "Accident/Injury Report" card on FalconLink. The report is sent automatically to the appropriate individuals once the user clicks on SUBMIT. The online Accident/Injury Report must be submitted even if the employee is not injured or does not require medical attention.
