Outlook: Redirect Replies to Different Email Address

In Outlook, you can designate a specific Reply to address for one message at a time. Then, replies to that particular message will automatically go to the address you specified. This new Reply to address overrides your default Reply to address.

1. Compose your message.
   
   
2. Open Message Options:
   
   
   • Outlook 2010: Open the Options tab, and then click Direct Replies To.
   
   
3. In the "Delivery options" section, check Have replies sent to: . Your own name is the default; you may delete it. Enter a valid email address. Alternatively, to make your selection from the Address Book, click Select names... , select the desired name, and then click Reply To-> . You can select as many names as you wish.
   
   
4. To return to the message body, click Close
