Outlook: Redirect Replies to Different Email Address
In Outlook, you can designate a specific Reply to address for one message at a time. Then, replies to that particular message will automatically go to the address you specified. This new Reply to address overrides your default Reply to address.
- Compose your message.
- Open Message Options:
- Outlook 2010: Open the Options tab, and then click Direct Replies To.
- In the "Delivery options" section, check Have replies sent to: . Your own name is the default; you may delete it. Enter a valid email address. Alternatively, to make your selection from the Address Book, click Select names... , select the desired name, and then click Reply To-> . You can select as many names as you wish.
- To return to the message body, click Close
