Residence Life Educator for Miller and Hess Hall

Milbert serves as a Residence Life Educator of Miller and Hess at Messiah University,  she is dedicated to creating a supportive, Christ-centered residential community that fosters holistic student development. She holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Taylor University, where she also served as a Hall Director for a co-ed residence hall during her graduate studies. She is deeply passionate about mentoring and discipleship, finding great meaning in walking alongside students as a steady, encouraging presence during their college journey. Delight is excited to contribute to Messiah’s mission by nurturing spaces where students can grow spiritually, intellectually, and relationally. Some of her hobbies include reading, cooking, watching movies, hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
