The Falcon Exchange is located next to Lottie Nelson Dining Hall on the 2nd Floor of Eisenhower Campus Center. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Services offered in the Falcon Exchange are as follows:
- New student cards
- New employee cards
- Replacement ID cards
- Temporary ID cards
- Department/Printing cards
- Alumni cards
Report a Lost or Stolen Card
Lost ID cards should be reported to the Falcon Exchange 2nd Floor ECC during operating hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. A report should be made outside these hours to the Dispatch Office 1st floor ECC. Temporary cards may be obtained from these offices. Temporary cards must be returned to the Falcon Exchange within 72 hours. Lost, late or damaged Temporary cards are charged a replacement fee of $15.00. Replacement ID cards may be purchased at the Falcon Exchange beginning at a cost of $5.00 and up. All fees are non-refundable.

Falcon Dollars Card Reader Reservations
The Falcon Exchange offers two Falcon Dollars card readers free of charge to campus organizations with the sole purpose of using Falcon Dollars as a payment option for fundraisers and other sales.
Card readers may be requested from the Falcon Exchange by submitting the Falcon Dollars Card Reader Reservation Form at least 3 business days prior to the event. Campus organizations renting readers must agree to follow all Falcon Dollars Card Reader Rental Policies and Procedures.
