The Card Services and Student Parking office have recently merged with the Business Office Counter to form the new Falcon Exchange office.
We have renovated the Card Services office located next to the Lottie Nelson Dining Hall in the Eisenhower Campus Center to accommodate the Falcon Exchange office. The services offered in the Falcon Exchange are as follows:
New student cards
New employee cards by appointment
Replacement ID cards by appointment
Department Cards by appointment
Report a Lost or Stolen Card
Lost cards should be reported to the Falcon Exchange Office where a temporary card may be issued. If the Falcon Exchange Office is closed, a temporary card may be obtained at the Dispatch Office. Lost ID cards may be replaced at a cost up to $20.00. Temporary cards must be returned to the Falcon Exchange within 72 hours or a charge of $15.00 will be assessed to the student's tuition account and a replacement ID card will then be issued. Lost Temporary cards are also charged a replacement fee of $15.00. Damaged cards may be replaced at a cost of $5.00. All fees are non-refundable.

Please complete this NEW Student Parking Registration Request form for all of the following:
Student vehicle registration
Temporary vehicle registration
Handicapped parking permit
Disabled vehicle permit
After completing your Parking Registration form, print it, and bring it to the Falcon Exchange on Eisenhower Campus Center 2nd floor.

TEMPORARY and NEW Student Parking Permits:
Temporary and new student parking permits will be issued by the following offices based on the listed days/times:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Falcon Exchange Office (ECC 2nd Floor)
- Monday through Friday, after 5:00 pm at the Dispatch Office in ECC
- Saturday and Sunday at the Dispatch Office in ECC
Temporary parking permits are valid and issued for three (3) days only; there is no charge for these three days.
The parking lot assignment for ALL temporary parking permits is now Treona parking lot (Lot TR behind the Falcon Hut in the Starry Athletic complex). Students will not be assigned or permitted to park along the railroad tracks (TT lot) any longer; this lot is for adjunct and part-time faculty and staff parking. Please complete this Student Parking Registration Request form and print it. Bring the completed form to the Falcon Exchange located in Eisenhower Campus Center 2nd floor to have your parking permit assigned.
