All non-graduating students (with the exception of summer uiversity employees) who want to say in on-campus housing more than 24 hours past their last final must fill out this form by May 2, 2024. Students who meet one of the four criteria below will be approved for an extended stay:
1. Participating in commencement activities (graduates do not need to apply) or college sponsored responsibility - must list advisor or supervisor who is supervising this responsibility
2. Sibling of a graduating student
Graduates, approved athletic teams, summer workers are pre-approved to be on campus following finals
Graduates and Summer University Employees are already approved and need not apply.
