Graduate and Certificate Programs Application

Applicants are encouraged to review the Admissions Requirements for their program of interest prior to applying to ensure that they are eligible for enrollment and to track their admissions requirements and supporting documentation on the provided checklist. Questions regarding the application process may be directed to gradprograms@messiah.edu.

How to apply

Applicants for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT), Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT), and Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/Dietetic Internship (MSDI) programs should apply via the related CAS system (Centralized Application Service) using the appropriate link in the light blue boxes below. Applicants will be able to select Messiah University through their respective CAS system.

NOTE: only candidates for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) should apply using PTCAS. Applicants for the Doctor of Science in PT degree should apply via the Messiah University dark blue application links below.

Applicants for all other graduate degrees and certificates should apply using the appropriate Messiah University application link in the dark blue boxes below. 

Graduate and Certificate Re-enrollment/Reactivation Application

Students who have not been enrolled in courses at Messiah University for two years or more must re-apply for admission to the graduate program by completing the full application required of the requested program. The re-enrollment/reactivation application can be used by anyone who has enrolled in courses at Messiah within the last two years.

Messiah University does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color age, disability, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic or other University-administered programs. Messiah University does reserve the right to revoke admission or readmission in the event of an applicant's misrepresentations in any phase of the application process.

Messiah University's Campus Security Report and Safety and Security Information are posted on the Department of Safety Web site.  Information includes statistics regarding the incidence of campus crime over the past three years, as well as details about our safety and security practices. This serves as notification to current and prospective students that, pursuant to Section 486 of the Higher Education Act, Messiah University's six-year graduation rate and other retention/graduation data are available online. A hard copy will be provided upon request by contacting the Institutional Research Office at (717) 766-2511 ext. 3630.
