Deck the Halls (Res Life)

First-year residence hall Christmas decorating contest. Opened to FY residents to participate in decorating and all other students, faculty, staff, and their families to tour the halls.

The First-Year Residence Life team welcomes you to join us as we get in the Christmas Spirit through our annual Christmas Decorating competition, Deck the Halls! Floors throughout Naugle, Bittner, and Witmer Halls will decorate their floors as they compete for the coveted Golden Rocking Horse, and a cookies and cocoa party for their floor. First-year students can reach out to their RA and floor captain to participate in the decorating fun, and from 7:00-9:00 pm, the event will be opened to all of campus (including upper-class students, commuter students, faculty and staff and their families) to take a tour of the Christmas craftsmanship around the first-year residence halls. After the program has concluded, the winning floor will be announced at the SAB Snowball on December 9th! We hope to see you there!
