Lunar New Year (Asian Student Association)

ASA will be hosting Lunar New Year where we will be providing activity tables, performances, traditional Chinese food, trivia, traditional Chinese games, and prizes.

ASA will be hosting our Lunar New Year event in the Union from 8-11pm on February 16th. Our event will feature special performances of lion dancing, Diabolo (Chinese Yo-Yo's), ribbon dances and a fashion show. After the performances, the night will be packed with fun activity tables for you to interact with.

The tables will feature original zodiac stickers, calligraphy, tea ceremony, a wishing tree, angpao (red packet) decor, origami, and snacks. Also, as you walk around you won't want to forget to grab a bite to eat from the FREE traditional Chinese food being catered! Throughout the night ASA will be hosting trivia and traditional Chinese game competitions where the winners have a chance to win big prizes!
