Multicultural Student Programs

Dear Fall 2023 Incoming Class and Families,

Greetings! On behalf of Multicultural Student Programs and Diversity Affairs, we would like to invite you to join us for Multicultural Student Orientation which will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023

We encourage you to come to this special orientation designed just for you and your family for the opportunity to meet Student Success and Engagement educators and staff, your upper-class mentors, peers and, of course, to beat the rush of general Welcome/Move-in Day of 600+ students.

You will also have the opportunity to meet and interact with new incoming international students on campus through planned activities and events. In addition, informational sessions will be available for you and your parents where you can learn more about residence life, student services, registration and financial aid. Lunch will be provided on campus.

The following day is Move-In Day. Please plan to attend all regularly scheduled events and end the day with the candlelight Worship Service, a Messiah tradition and powerful ceremony that provides you with a meaningful way to say goodbye to your family.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Diversity Affairs through email or by phone (717.796.1800 x5077).

We look forward to having you join us on this special day made for you and your family. We are excited to meet you and welcome you to Messiah University!
