Open Council I: More Than A Month: What Comes After Black History Month?

An event about contributions of African American, focusing on learning about African American History. Learning to celebrate Black History all day all night.

We will be focusing on why it is important to learn about the contributions done by African Americans in this country, why it is so important for ALL to learn about African American History, and how we can celebrate Black History even after February is over. Faculty and students will be part of a panel and share from their experiences and knowledge. The panelists include Dr. Drew Hart, Dr. Lane, Unique Eaton, Nuria Lane, and Austin Jones.
