International Day of Peace

The UN has established September 21 as the International Day of Peace, and on or around that date each year events are organized to promote world peace. This day is commemorated each year at Messiah, and this year “The Arts of Peace” event will include music, dance, oral interpretation and prayer to encourage us to work for peace locally and globally.
