How should a Christian think about war and conflict in the world? Join us for a talk and Q&A session, followed by a reception.
Dr. Debra Erikson will discuss and answer questions on various Christian approaches to the problem of war, including Just War theory and pacifist traditions. We welcome questions that seriously consider the ethics of engaging in conflict, the costs of war, and practical ways to do good while limiting harm.
This event counts towards the Messiah University Honors Program attendance requirement.
