SUMMER HOUSING OPTIONS & RATES for Summer 2020
APARTMENTS
Single Occupancy = $55/night
Double Occupancy = $37/night (Requested roommate*. Other person must also request Double Occupancy and name the individual as a roommate.)
Double Occupancy = $37/night (Assign me a roommate*. Assigned roommate email addresses will be exchanged.)
DORM ROOMS
Single Occupancy = $42/night
Double Occupancy = $30/night (Requested roommate*. Other person must also request Double Occupancy and name the individual as a roommate.)
Double Occupancy = $30/night (Assign me a roommate*. Assigned roommate email addresses will be exchanged.)
*If a roommate is not available to be paired with the individual, the Single Occupancy rate will be charged.
Please note: Only registered students may stay in campus housing.
SUMMER HOUSING APPLICATION DEADLINES
Graduate summer housing applications may be completed at any time but we request that they be submitted no later than three weeks before the first day of class. Those specific dates are as follows:

Please make reservations as early as possible. All rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served, basis. Later reservations may require that students share a room with another graduate student.
ROOM DESCRIPTION
Graduate students are housed in the College’s residence halls. All rooms are air conditioned and have Wifi access. Institutional linens (two sheets, a pillow case, blanket, pillow, two towels, and a washcloth) are provided for each resident. Every residence hall has laundry room facilities in the basement.
DATES OF RESERVATOIN
With the exception of MUSI 513, NURS 601, and NURS 602, all housing reservations will be for five nights (Sunday afternoon through Friday at 9:00 am).
CHECK-IN is between 3:00pm – 11:00pm the day before your first class. If you plan on arriving after 11:00 pm, please contact Randy Heintzelman in Conference Services (717-691-6009) by 3pm the Friday before your class starts so that he can make arrangements for you to get your key from the Dispatch Office in Eisenhower Campus Center.
CHECK OUT is by 9:00 am on the last day of class
BILLING
Housing fees will be charged to your student account in accordance with the rates and fees listed. If you have any questions about your student account or how to use financial aid to help you with housing or meal charges, please contact Carol Good, Coordinator of Graduate Student Financial Services, CGood@Messiah.edu.
MEALS
Graduate students are invited to dine in the Lottie Nelson Dining Room or The Falcon and can pay by cash, credit (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), or Falcon Dollars. There are no meal plans for intensive weeks.
