By signing this document you commit to the following:
- A full day of participation on September 22, 2023 from 8:00am-6pm, to take place on the campus of Messiah University.
- Payment in full of $30 per student. This fee covers the participation by each student in the workshop. Checks should be made payable to Messiah University School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
- Returning all copies of scores borrowed by your school district. Non-returned items will be billed to the school district at the current cost, including shipping.
