Refreshments are complimentary to all graduates and their guests; no tickets required.

Processional line-up for graduates
8:15-8:45 a.m., Hitchcock Arena, Sollenberger Sports Center
All graduates must report to line up for the processional.
- Marching instructions for graduates: All graduates will march to the Commencement Ceremony from Hitchcock Arena. Graduates must report to Hitchcock Arena with their caps and gowns between 8:15-8:45 a.m. to receive instructions and a number for their place in line. (Note: The University does not hold a ceremony rehearsal, so it is important for graduates to report on time to receive instruction.)
- There are many graduates to line up, so it is essential to arrive well before 8:45. All graduates must be in marching order no later than 9:10 a.m.

The Commencement ceremony celebrates the undergraduate class and their family and guests.
Seating at the site of the outdoor Commencement ceremony will open at 8:30 a.m. The ceremony begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. We ask that all guests be seated by 9:45 a.m. to help ensure that the ceremony begins on time.
Tickets not required (unless ceremony is moved indoors due to inclement weather)
