As the Director of Student Engagement, Curtis gives direction to student engagement and programming that occurs across campus, manages the Larsen Student Union building, and provides leadership to a gifted team of colleagues within the Office of Student Engagement. Additionally, Curtis serves as the primary advisor for the Student Activities Board (SAB). Curtis holds a Master of Science in Counseling and College Student Personnel from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Joshua Grimm is the Head Esports Coordinator and Coach. He recently tenured at Lycoming College, where he served as a full-time athletic trainer for almost a decade. Partway through his journey at Lycoming, he seized the opportunity to jump on board as their first-ever esports coach. Juggling the responsibilities of both roles, he was able to play a pivotal role in propelling Lycoming to its first esports success in 2021 with a Madden championship. Joshua also worked with their Valorant, Hearthstone, and League of Legends teams and worked with their men's basketball team. Additionally, he worked as an athletic trainer for the MLB Draft League and was a part of the UPMC esports committee. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and a Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology both from Lock Haven University.

A passion for sports and activity, Luke oversees the organization and management of Messiah's Intramural Sports program. He is a recent alumnus of Messiah 21' and holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education with an emphasis in College Athletic Leadership.
