Why do I need clearances?
Students volunteering through the Agapé Center are required by our community partners to obtain certain clearances to ensure the safety of the populations that they serve, as well as that of other volunteers. Not all of our volunteer programs require all of the following clearances, so be sure to check with your Outreach Team Leader to verify which clearances you might need.
When you have completed all of your required clearances, please email them to your Outreach Team Leader. Clearances may also be emailed to the Agapé Center at agapecenter@messiah.edu.
