December 2009 -
Installation of new heating system is complete. The system is up and running as specified.
October 2009 -
Three new boilers have been installed and plumbed up to the propane tanks. Start up occurred on September 30, 2009. The contractor has worked out initial bugs and system has been running for two weeks.
September 2009 -
The college has contracted Heim Electric to replace heating system in Frey Hall. This system also supplies heat to Kline/Jordan. The project entails removing two electric boilers and replacing them with more efficient propane boilers. Part of this project will include installing three new 1000 gallon propane tanks behind the building. This project is scheduled for October 2, 2009 completion.
