Residence Hall/Apartment Rates listed below reflect a per-person charge for a semester or an academic year. Rates include room, utilities, cable TV, and WiFi.

** Supplemental triples are temporary assignments only, designed to be assigned to any student as needed. Students in Supplemental Triples are charged the rate of a double room, and then credited three times a semester if they remain in the supplemental triple. The total credit is $935 at the end of the semester if the room is not untripled.
