Position Description: Tricia provides team-delivered (with a Master's level therapist) parenting, family, and individual therapeutic sessions within the home to families with a child who has a psych diagnosis and is at risk of being placed outside of the home. They have no more than 4 families on each caseload, and make 2-3 visits per week, which equals @ 3-5 hours a week with each family. They construct treatment plans, contact notes, and inter-agency meetings with other services involved.

Salary Range : approximately $28,000
